PROGRAM Overview

Created by USA Water Polo, Splashball™ is a program designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children 5-8 years old. The intent is to provide basic skills and understanding of the sport in a recreational format. Splashball™ harnesses all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy to learn aquatic experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit.

To join us, players need to register with both Rain City and USA Water Polo. A USA Water Polo Splashball membership is $10 and is carefully hidden! Use this link to sign up. But don't forget that if you are brand new, the Free Trial process includes both a trial with Rain City AND with USA Water Polo.

Splash ball is not offered in the summer through Rain City, but will return in the fall. If you have an athlete interested in playing, we recommend that you check with the local neighborhood membership pools. Many of them have summer league programs available for young athletes.
